由PA集团中国官方网站中尺度灾害性天气教育部重点实验室和PA集团主办的“数据同化2026夏季国际讲习班”，定于2026年8月30日在PA集团中国官方网站仙林校区举办。本次夏季讲习班为第十二届国际数据同化研讨会（International Symposium on Data Assimilation, ISDA）的前置教学活动。该研讨会的举办日期为2026年8月31日至9月4日，同样在PA集团中国官方网站仙林校区举办。
一、讲习内容
本次讲习班特别邀请了德国阿尔弗雷德·魏格纳极地与海洋研究所Lars Nerger教授，美国科罗拉多州立大学教授、数据同化研究中心首席Peter Jan van Leeuwen，英国雷丁大学教授、英国国家地球观测中心数据同化中心负责人Amos Lawless，英国雷丁大学助理教授Evitar Bach和Yumeng Chen等国际资深专家，该课程将结合理论讲授与实践操作，帮助学员系统理解数据同化的基本思想、方法体系并进行实践操作。此讲习班将从数据同化的基础出发，围绕变分同化、集合Kalman滤波、非高斯同化以及机器学习与数据同化等方面展开。
二、学习对象
从事数据同化、数值天气预报、地球系统模拟以及地球系统可预报性等研究方向的研究生、博士后及青年科研人员。学员需具有一定的数据同化和数值天气、气候预报基础及计算机编程能力，并能流利地进行英文交流。学员需自备笔记本电脑并安装Python和Matlab软件。
三、相关说明
1. 注册费：本次讲习班不收取注册费。鼓励参加讲习班的学员报名参加后续的国际数据同化研讨会（研讨会注册费840元，注册网址https://da2026.cms1924.org/en/web/index/32441_2807755）。
2. 食宿：食宿需学员自行安排，安全责任由学员自行承担。
3. 本次讲习班不设线上直播，后期将在征求主讲人意见后决定是否公开录像。
4. 由于场地限制，本次讲习班开放报名人数约为50人。如报名人数过多将提前关闭报名通道。

Summary
Data assimilation, the fusion of observations with model forecasts, is one of the most important and challenging aspects of predicting the Earth system, including the atmosphere, ocean, land, sea ice, and more. Sophisticated data assimilation algorithms, which combine elements of numerical modeling, observational studies, statistics, and Earth system dynamics, have been developed at operational centers around the world. This one-day summer school will bring together experts from leading prediction centers as well as researchers from top institutes and universities. A broad overview of statistical fundamentals, ensemble Kalman filtering, variational methods, and practical exercises will be provided. This event will be held prior to the 12th International Symposium on Data Assimilation (ISDA), and participants are encouraged to attend.
Participants
Graduate students, recent recipients of a Ph.D., and researchers at operational centers, whose research interests extend data assimilation, numerical weather prediction, and the Earth system predictability.
